Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at info@fitsquadapparel.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

We will provide the return address upon approval of your request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@fitsquadapparel.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original following our return process. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no justification needed. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (via PayTabs) within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@fitsquadapparel.com
